The plat before the Council for final approval is the same plat--no changes <br /> have been made from the preliminary plat date-stamped 11/23/98. <br /> Discussion: <br /> The only unresolved issues concerning this major subdivision were the park dedication <br /> requirement and the creation of an easement document which conveys the northwesterly 19 feet <br /> of the property to the City for implementation of the Highway 10 design theme improvements. <br /> Regarding the park dedication requirement, the City has received and receipted a check from Mr. <br /> Anthony in the amount of$103,250 as specified in Resolution 5286, approved 12/14/98. As to <br /> the easement document, the draft easement has been sent to Mr. Anthony for his review, which <br /> should be executed prior to the meeting on 12/28/98. <br /> Ramsey County has authorized that Mylar copies of the plat be created.
