Response time varies with the severity of <br /> problem. (see addendum)Emergencies outside business hours will be handled on a time and material basis. <br /> This agreement will not cover the cost of any repairs, adjustments, or replacements necessitated by misuse, <br /> abuse, accident or by work performed on these items by other than Action Systems personnel. This <br /> agreement does not cover any changes in original setup, additions, deletions, or moves to the items which <br /> would be otherwise covered by a supplemental agreement, or service necessary to correct common carrier <br /> faults or AC power anomalies. Our agreement covers only the equipment listed below and assumes surge <br /> protection on AC line voltage and all connected devices. Any problems caused by existing cabling and main <br /> distribution frame are responsibility of customer. <br /> Customer agrees to provide a dedicated electrical outlet and, if necessary, a company-specified AC line <br /> conditioner. This proposal may be withdrawn by Action Systems, if not accepted within 30 days.
