ORDINANCE NO. 617 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING, THE B-3 HIGHWAY BUSINESS AND <br /> THE B-4 REGIONAL BUSINESS DISTRICTS AND THE PERMITTED USES <br /> THEREOF,AND AMENDING CHAPTER 1114, SECTION 1114.02 AND CHAPTER <br /> 1115, SECTION 1115.02 IN THE MOUNDS VIEW CODE. <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> Section 1. Title 1114.02 of the Mounds View Municipal code shall be amended by inserting the <br /> underlined and italicized language,to read as follows: <br /> 1114.02: PERMITTED USES: The following uses are permitted in a B-3 <br /> District: <br /> All permitted uses as allowed in a B-2 Limited Business District. <br /> Amusement centers. <br /> Auto accessory stores. <br /> Bowling alleys. <br /> Commercial recreational uses. <br /> Grocery stores, supermarkets. <br /> Motels, motor hotels and hotels; provided,that the lot area contains not less than five <br /> hundred(500) square feet of lot area per unit. <br /> Private clubs or lodges serving food and beverages with use restricted to members and <br /> their guests. adequate dining room,kitchen and bar space must be provided according to <br /> standards imposed upon similar unrestricted customer operations. The serving of <br /> alcoholic beverages to members and their guests shall be allowed; provided,that such <br /> service is in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Municipal regulations'. <br /> ' See Chapters 501, 502, and 503 of this Code; see M.S.A.
