Temporary On-Sale 3.2% Malt Liquor License/ Festival In the Park <br /> Temporary on-sale 3.2% Malt Liquor licenses may be issued to a holder of an <br /> on-sale intoxicating license, 3.2% Malt Liquor license issued under Chapters <br /> 502 or 503 of the Municipal Code, or to a club, charitable organization, non- <br /> profit organization for not more than two consecutive days. Such license will <br /> permit the licensee to dispense 3.2% Malt Liquor at the Festival In the Park <br /> Community Festival conducted on the premises located at 2401 Highway 10. <br /> The licensee must be engaged to dispense 3.2% Malt Liquor at the event held <br /> by a person or organization permitted to use the premises, and may dispense <br /> 3.2% Malt Liquor only to persons attending the event. The licensee may not <br /> dispense 3.2% Malt Liquor to any person attending or participating in an <br /> amateur athletic event held on the premises. Proof of financial responsibility <br /> will be required in accordance with Code Section 503.07 Subd. 1(c). <br /> Section II.
