RESOLUTION NO. 5254 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING RENEWAL OF THE INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br /> LICENSE FOR MURZYN'S LIQUOR,2840 HIGHWAY 10 <br /> WHEREAS,Murzyn's Liquor has been cited with six liquor law violations in 1998; and <br /> WHEREAS,these incidents violate Municipal Code Sections 502.13, 502.14, subd.4 <br /> and 502.04 subd. 1(b)(4); and <br /> WHEREAS,it is in the best interest of the health and safety of the residents of Mounds View <br /> to prevent such unlawful activity. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT the renewal license for Muzyn's liquor is <br /> denied effective June 30, 1998. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of July, 1998 <br /> ATTEST <br /> Acting Mayor Roger Koopmeiners <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Chuck Whiting,City Administrator <br />
