RESOLUTION NO. -98 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION TO FILL A VACANCY ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission acts as an advisory commission to the City <br /> Council on land use and other matters in accordance with state statutes; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Code indicates that the Planning Commission shall consist of not <br /> less than seven members; and <br /> WHEREAS, Marshall Johnston has resigned from the Planning Commission prior to the <br /> expiration of his term on December 31, 1999; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Code states that the Mayor shall appoint members to the Planning <br /> Commission with approval of the City Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View hereby Appoints to the Planning Commission.
