To date, enough funding had been secured to purchase four defibrillator <br /> units. <br /> Steve Schack, President of the Mounds View Lions Club,presented the defibrillator units to the <br /> City Council and Chief of Police Ramacher. He asked the City to consider funding of a fifth <br /> defibrillator in order that the City could have one on hand at the City Hall to accommodate an <br /> emergency that might take place on City Hall grounds. <br /> Koopmeiners and Chief of Police Ramacher accepted the defibrillator units on behalf of the City <br /> of Mounds View. <br /> Jerry Linke asked the Council, Staff, and audience in attendance to purchase raffle tickets and <br /> buttons for the upcoming Mounds View Festival in the Park. <br /> 5.
