RESOLUTION NO. 5243 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE SILVERVIEW ESTATES <br /> PUD AND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FOR REALIFE COOPERATIVE OF <br /> MOUNDS VIEW, 7735 SILVER LAKE ROAD; <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 530-98 <br /> WHEREAS, Realife Cooperative of Mounds View has requested an amendment to the <br /> Silverview Estates PUD and development review to allow for a reduced setback for the <br /> construction of a 77-unit cooperative living housing development, replacing a previously <br /> approved development for property located at 7735 Silver Lake Road and zoned PUD, legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lot 4, Block 1, Silverview Estates, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 1119 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requires that any <br /> amendment to a PUD be accomplished according to the guidelines established in and imposed by <br /> Chapter 1125 of the Municipal Code pertaining to amendments and conditional uses; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant specifically seeks to amend Item 5 of the approved Silverview <br /> Estates PUD document which addresses the dimensional requirements of the PUD, by reducing <br /> the building setback to 23 feet; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requires that a <br /> development review be conducted for all commercial and industrial development within the City; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br /> regarding this proposal: <br /> 1. Planning Application, dated 5/29/98 <br /> 2. Zoning and Location Map <br /> 3. Applicant's Narrative, dated 5/29/98 <br /> 4. Silverview Estates PUD, approved 12/8/97 by Resolution 5184 <br /> 5. Site Plans, date-stamped 6/18/98 <br /> 6. Draft Brochure for Realife Cooperative of Mounds View <br /> 7. Memo from Fire Marshal, dated 6/8/98 <br /> 8. Planning Commission Resolution Nos. 552-98 and 553-98 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Forester has reviewed the landscape plan as submitted by the <br /> applicant and finds them, to be acceptable; and, <br />
