BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for reporting purposes,the Waste Fund will provide$309,000 <br /> in reserves for the 1994 Golf Course Revenue Bonds for 1997 and 1998. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following General Fund designations are hereby <br /> approved: <br /> Cash Flows $1,486,982 <br /> Contingencies 550,396 <br /> Compensated Absences 345,741 <br /> Revenue shortfall 175,000 <br /> Parkland dedication 47,310 <br /> Community Center operations 37,698 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following 1997 carryover to 1998 are hereby approved: <br /> 1. General Fund - Finance Dept: Capital Outlays $21,000. Amount remaining from 1997 <br /> budget for purchasing a computerized accounting system plus refund on Tautges Redpath <br /> software purchased in 1996. Software was not fully purchased and installed in 1997 but will <br /> continue into 1998. <br /> 2. Surface Water Fund$2,900, Water Fund$1,000 and Wastewater Fund$3,000 for a total of <br /> $3,000. Funds unspent in 1997 for new portable radios, safety fencing and stakes and <br /> warning lights on equipment. Safety grant was anticipated being receiving in 1997 but was <br /> not received until 1998. <br /> Whereas said resolution was declared to have been duly passed and adopted this 22nd day of June, <br /> 1998. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> (SEAL) <br />
