RESOLUTION NO. 5245 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1998 LABOR AGREEMENT CONTRACT WITH <br /> PUBLIC WORKS AND PARKS MAINTENANCE BARGAINING UNIT <br /> WHEREAS, representatives from the Public Works and Parks Maintenance Bargaining Unit and <br /> City staff have met and discussed the 1998 Labor Agreement and have agreed to terms that <br /> include: <br /> • A 3% annual compensation adjustment; <br /> • The City contributing up to $340/mo. towards the cost of employee insurance; <br /> • An adjustment to the reimbursement amounts for clothing and safety glasses allotment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the attached contract for the Public Works and <br /> Park Maintenance Labor Agreement contract for the period of January 1, 1998 to December 31, <br /> 1998, is hereby approved, effective January 1, 1998. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of June, 1998 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor McCarty <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City-Clerk Administrator, Charles S.
