The Resolution was read into the record. <br /> Emerson retired from the Springlake Park/Blaine/Mounds View volunteer Fire Department after <br /> 20 years of service. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Koopmeiners to approve Resolution No 5235, a Resolution of <br /> Appreciation for Firefighter Eric R. COUNCIL BUSINESS: <br /> Mayor McCarty requested that Item B, Report on Tree Damage be moved up to the first order of <br /> business. <br /> A. Report on Tree Damage <br /> Rick Wrisky gave his report as follows: <br /> The City's storm clean-up effort started May 21, 1998,the Thursday following the storm. At this <br /> point in time the clean-up has been accomplished in 3/4 of the City. The most grievous damage <br /> taking place in the Irondale Road, Bona Road, Edgewood Middle School area. The O'Connel <br /> Drive and Jeffery Drive areas were also hit hard. <br /> The clean-up crew will be moving to the Pleasant Veiw Drive, Knollwood Drive, and Spring <br /> Lake Road area this week. Once this area is serviced there will be some spot areas that will need <br />
