Update on the Theater Project <br /> • Associate Ericson told the Commission the City is waiting to receive a signed <br /> development agreement from the property owner. As soon as this document is received <br /> permits for construction will be issued. <br /> C. City Filing Policy <br /> Associate Ericson told the Commission the Marty family had informed the City that <br /> information and petitions were missing from the City's files on the proposed Harstad <br /> development. The Martys have requested that the City improve its filing system to better <br /> serve the interests of its residents. <br />
