Consider Motion Adopting <br /> Whiting gave his report as follows: <br /> The City Council had reviewed the proposal at its last work session and is recommending <br /> approval of the franchise agreement with MediaOne. There have been no public comments <br /> regarding the ordinance. <br /> Mayor McCarty closed the Council meeting and opened the public hearing. <br /> No comments were considered. The public hearing was closed and the Council meeting was <br /> reopened. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Koopmeiner to approve Ordinance No. 621 and waive the second <br /> reading. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> Koopmeiners Aye <br /> Gunn Aye <br /> Quick Aye <br /> Stigney Aye <br /> Mayor McCarty Aye <br /> Motion carried. <br /> B.
