Page 2 APPROVED <br /> August 10, 1998 <br /> Mounds View City Council <br /> Housing, LLC. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Koopmeiners/Quick to approve the Consent Agenda as submitted. <br /> VOTE: Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br /> Stigney requested that his vote on the previous motion be changed because he was under the <br /> assumption that Item 5D of the Consent Agenda was going to be opened for discussion. He <br /> added he was not in favor of adopting the Resolution in the work session so he didn't want to be <br /> a party to approving an amendment. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/McCarty to reconsider Item 5D of the Consent Agenda. <br /> VOTE: Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Koopmeiners to approve Resolution 5258, a resolution approving <br /> the First Amendment to Developers Agreement between the City and MSP Real Estate, Inc. and <br /> Mounds View Family Housing, LLC. <br /> Mayor McCarty opened the floor for discussion of Resolution 5258. <br /> Stigney stated he did not agree or vote in favor of the original development agreement. In light <br /> of this fact, he stated it would not make sense for him to vote in favor of the Amendment to the <br /> Agreement. <br /> McCarty clarified the Resolution for the viewing audience stating that the Resolution approved a <br /> standard administrative change of principles to the contract. The details of the change had been <br /> discussed at a previous City Council Work Session. <br /> VOTE: Ayes - 4 Nays - 1(Stigney) Motion carried. <br /> 6. RESIDENTS' REQUESTS AND COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR <br /> No resident requests or comments were considered. <br /> 7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> A. Consideration of Resolution No. 5257, a resolution approving the City's New <br /> Organization Chart. <br /> Schmidt told the Council that the only changes that had been made since discussion of the issue <br />
