The approved purchase price for the property is <br /> $60,500. Staff has prepared a purchase agreement for the EDA to acquire the property. The owner has <br /> recently signed the purchase agreement and has tentatively scheduled a closing with the City for December <br /> 18, 1998. <br /> Hazardous Materials Assessment <br /> As part of the site acquisition,HRP policy requires a Hazardous Materials Survey to be completed. Staff <br /> has received three separate bids for completion of the required work. Airtech Environmental,Inc <br /> submitted the low bid of$630.00.
