Lie, 4' <br /> TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> • FROM: SLWHA special committee MEMORANDUM <br /> Co-chairman Julie Olsen <br /> SUBJECT: O'Neil Property 2430 Highway 10 <br /> Planning Case No. 471-97 <br /> DATE: December 29, 1997 <br /> At the request of Chuck Whiting we are sending this request to you for <br /> action at your planning meeting of January 5, 1998, and the subsequent City <br /> Council meeting on January 12, 1998. <br /> It is our request that the City Council take formal action to achieve the <br /> following two requests: <br /> 1. That the City of Mounds View discontinue any present and or future <br /> plans for a "Ring Road" to carry vehicular traffic from Edgewood Road to Long <br /> Lake Road over any portion of the "O'Neil" Property. <br /> 2. That the City of Mounds View require agreement from any developer of <br /> the "O'Neil" Property to: <br /> A. Prohibit any vehicular access from the proposed theater/office <br /> development area to Long Lake Road. <br /> B. Prohibit any vehicular access from the proposed theater/office <br /> area to the "Outlot A" being planned at the corner of Long Lake Road and <br /> Highway 10. <br /> C.
