While I have redrafted the "penalty" section of the ordinance as you <br /> requested, I have also made numerous modifications and clarifications to the ordinance in light <br /> of recent changes to Minnesota law. <br /> The ordinance is relatively straightforward and incorporates most of the provisions of the prior <br /> ordinance. The most significant additions are the administrative penalties now required by state <br /> law, application procedure, license restrictions and some general requirements provisions.
