The proposed policy amendment was placed on the February 9, <br /> EDA agenda and was suggested that the item be tabled to the next city council workshop meeting. <br /> REQUESTED CHANGES <br /> • The following reflect specific changes requested by the EDA as interpreted by staff. The eliminated text is <br /> and the inserted text is underlined. <br /> Section G(Page 2): At least two characteristics noted in parts 1-4 of Section G be <br /> established to meet policy requirements. <br /> Section G#7 (Page 3): Tenant occupied properties may be considered for the HRP on a case- <br /> by-case basis provided that all other requirements are met. <br /> Section I#7 (Page#7): Program staff will negotiate the purchase of properties with either a <br /> buyer/developer or buyer/builder team.
