This resolution has been attached for your reference. The <br /> proposed uses for the site include a Holiday station store, an 82-unit senior residential facility and <br /> two office buildings. <br /> • <br /> Planning Commission Action: <br /> At its November 19, 1997 meeting, the Planning Commission voted (7-0)to adopt Resolution <br /> No. 526-97 recommending approval of the preliminary plat. <br /> Final Plat Discussion: <br /> The final plat for Silverview Estates contemplates the replatting of 8 lots containing <br /> approximately 13 acres of land into 4 lots within the Planned Unit Development. Proposed lot <br /> areas are as follows: <br /> • Lot 1 (Holiday Stationstore): 69,862 sq. ft. (1.6 acres) <br /> • Lot 2 (2-Story Office Bldg.): 92,454 sq. ft. (2.12 acres) <br /> • Lot 3 (1-Story Office Bldg.): 48,000 sq. ft. (1.1 acres) <br /> • Lot 4 (Senior Housing Bldg.): 354,140 sq. ft. (8.13 acres) <br /> The project site is bordered by Highway 10 to north and east, Silver Lake Road to the west, and <br /> the St. Paul Waterworks right of way to the south. To the south end of the property, there lies a <br /> 4.5 acre wetland which will not be encroached upon as a result of this development. <br /> Analysis: <br /> According to Section 1202.01, Subdivision 1 of the CityCode, full platting is required d for all <br /> major subdivision requests.
