Violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be considered a misdemeanor. <br /> Subd. 2. Any provisions of this Chapter may be enforced by injunction or other appropriate <br /> civil remedy. <br /> Subd. 3. The City shall not approve an application for a building permit, rezoning. platting, <br /> development review, conditional use permit or variance in conjunction with reuse <br /> of manufactured home park property unless the park owners has paid reasonable <br /> relocation costs and provided additional compensation in accordance with the <br /> requirements of this Chapter. <br /> Section 2.
