It is unclear whether your position is to proceed through the 5 Step <br /> Compensation Plan. The contract agreement indicates your annually salary to be 65,000; closely <br /> placing you at Step 3 of the 1996 5 Step Compensation Plan($65,665.20). Advancement to Step <br /> 4, would occur one year after the date of employment, April 8, 1997, and movement to Step 5, <br /> April 8, 1998. I have attached the 1996 Proposed Compensation Schedule and Contract <br /> agreement for additional information. Please advise on appropriate action. <br /> •• <br /> • <br />
