MANSR shall be entitled to scheduling priority for all four ice surfaces for the <br /> • purpose of holding a tournament requiring all four surfaces for one weekend during <br /> "High Season" (defined as October 15 to March 15 or each Winter season) on such <br /> terms and conditions as the Joint Board deems appropriate. All use of the ice sheets <br /> pursuant to this paragraph shall be paid for the party using the ice sheets at the <br /> regular hourly rate, and all hours paid for pursuant to this paragraph shall be credited <br /> to each respective party against their obligations under paragraph (b) below. <br /> (b) Obligations <br /> (i) Each party is obligated to pay rental income for the Facility annually in an <br /> amount equal to the number of hours set forth below(hereinafter the "Guaranteed <br /> Hours") times the regular hourly rate (hereinafter referred to as "Guaranteed Rental <br /> Income"). Blaine, Coon Rapids, MANSR and MASC shall have the right to sell <br /> dasher board signage in the ice sheet assigned to them by the Joint Board to sponsors <br /> and advertisers from its community, and all proceeds actually raised by such party <br /> may be sued as a credit against that party's Guaranteed Rental Income. MASC may <br /> sell dasher board signage not otherwise sold by the other parties as part of overall <br /> facility sponsorship. No party may sell signage in conflict with overall facility <br /> sponsorship. on such terms and conditions as arc determined by the Joint Board. <br /> (ii) Blaine, Coon Rapids and MASC and MANSR shall be obligated to pay <br /> Guaranteed Rental Income pursuant to this paragraph (b) in amount equal to two <br /> thousand eighty(2,080) Guaranteed Hours annually (the MASC guaranteed Hours <br /> under this paragraph hereinafter referred to as the "MASC Sheet Hours"). <br /> 4110 In addition to the above paragraph, MASC shall be obligated to pay Guaranteed <br /> Rental Income at the regular hourly rate for an additional two thousand eighty <br /> (2,080) Guaranteed Hours (the MASC Guaranteed Hours under this paragraph <br /> hereinafter referred to as "MASC Additional Hours"). <br /> The MANSR Subdivisions shall be obligated to pay Guaranteed Rental Income <br /> pursuant to his paragraph (b) in amount equal to the following: <br /> Mounds View Guaranteed Hours <br /> Arden Hills Guaranteed Hours <br /> New Brighton Guaranteed Hours <br /> Shoreview Guaranteed Hours <br /> Ramsey County 0 Guaranteed Hours <br /> (iii) The parties to this Master Agreement may be released from their obligations <br /> under this paragraph (b) for Guaranteed Hours under the following conditions: <br /> The MANSR Subdivisions may assign their Guaranteed Hours to other MANSR <br /> • Subdivisions upon the filing of a certificate with the Joint Board, MASC and Anoka <br />
