Bids were received on Monday, <br /> December 2, 1996 for the 1997 printing contract which will begin on December 18, 1996 with the printing of the <br /> January/February, 1997 newsletter. The bid is for a total of seven newsletters including six bi-monthly newsletters <br /> and one budget newsletter. <br /> • <br /> The bids are listed on the attached form. The low bidder with a total bid cost of$22,316.00 was Mono-Trade <br /> Company. This is the first time that Mono-Trade Company has won the bid. The company has been in business 75 <br /> ears and will be providing references and samples of their work. We will hold their bid security until completion of <br /> ei <br /> e 1997 contract.
