In <br /> accordance with the City's 5 Step Compensation Policy,this position is due for a step adjustment. <br /> Mr. Toth is currently at Step 1,which is $9.25/hr. His performance has been satisfactory and staff is <br /> recommending a wage adjustment to Step 2, $9.85/hr.
