RESOLUTION NO. 5056 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF THE <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE POSITION TO HUMAN RESOURCE TECHNICIAN <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Morgan was hired as part-time clerk for the City of Mounds View <br /> January 2, 1990. <br /> WHEREAS, as Ms. Morgan's responsibilities increased the position of Clerk advanced to <br /> the status of part-time Administrative Aide and was reclassified to full time status January 1, <br /> 1995. <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of the reorganization of the administration department; and <br /> WHEREAS, after assessing Ms. Morgan's revised position description and current <br /> performance level, it has been determined the best organizational structure for the City of <br /> Mounds View, can be attainted by a reclassification of Ms. Morgan's position of Administrative <br /> Aide to the position of Human Resource Technician; and <br /> WHEREAS,this reclassification is effective January 1, 1996; and <br /> WHEREAS, compensation for the reclassified position shall be $2,468.21 which equates <br /> to Step 2 of the Proposed 5 Compensation Plan for this position. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council does hereby approve the <br /> reclassification of the Administrative Aide position to that of Human Resource Technician with <br /> the proposed compensation plan at Step 2, effective January 1, 1997 and advance through the <br /> Step Plan according to City policy. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of December, 1996 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor Linke <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator Chuck Whiting <br /> • <br />
