RESOLUTION NO.4977 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERST7ED <br /> GARAGE FOR CHURCH UPON THE ROCK, 7901 RED OAK DRIVE, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO.451-96 <br /> WHEREAS,the Monnris View City Council has reviewed the request of Church Upon the Rock <br /> for additional accessory square footage; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by conditional use permit up to 1,264 <br /> square feet of accessory building square footage on one lot; and • <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed total accessory building square footage on the lot is 24'x 54' ( 1, 248 <br /> square feet), which is below the maximum allowed; and <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed building meets all applicable setback requirements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves the <br /> requested conditional use permit for additional accessory building square footage by Church Upon the <br /> Rock, 7901 Red Oak Drive, contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days of City <br /> Council approval and proof of such recording be presented to the City of Mounds View. <br /> 2. The building be designed and maintained to provide a uniform appearance with similar <br /> neighboring structures. <br /> • <br /> 3. The existing accessory structures on the property be removed prior to construction. <br /> 4. Should the use change for what the permit was granted for,the permit shall become null <br /> and void. <br /> 5. Whenever,within one year after granting this conditional use permit,the work permitted <br /> by this permit shall not have been completed,then such permit shall become null and void <br /> unless a petition for extension of time in which to complete the work has been granted by <br /> the City Council. <br /> 6.
