• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5012 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> • <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRING OF JAMES ERICSON AS <br /> PLANNING ASSOCIATE <br /> WHEREAS, James Ericson applied for the position of Planning Associate as advertised by <br /> the City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, James Ericson was judged by the interview panel to the best qualified and <br /> most suitable candidate for the position; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Ericson has met the criteria and is qualified for the position as outlined in <br /> the position announcement and position description; and, <br /> WHEREAS, his education and past work experience indicates he has the knowledge, skills <br /> and abilities to perform the job tasks and duties of the Planning Associate. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby approve the <br /> hiring of James Ericson for the position of Planning Associate effective September 30, 1996 • <br /> starting at Step 1 of the 1996 Compensation Schedule for this position, subject to satisfactory . <br /> completion of a background check, physical examination and a drug test as is required by the <br /> City's personnel policies. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of September, 1996. <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chuck Whiting, City Clerk-Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br /> • <br />
