US West has agreed to comply with all Memoranda of Understanding. <br /> US West has not proposed any modifications to the channel capacity or system design. • <br /> US West has indicated that it will comply with FCC technical specifications. US West will <br /> seek to accommodate each subscriber's request for the location of drops and will restore property <br /> damaged during an installation.
