We further <br /> understand that the Franchising Authorities desire reimbursement of expenses associated with <br /> consideration of the Form 394 Applications and an agreement as to process as it relates to potentially <br /> conflicting federal and state statutory time lines. <br /> To satisfy the concerns and objectives of the Franchising Authorities and the Applicants, all <br /> parties have agreed as follows: <br /> • No later than April 22, 1996, each of the Franchising Authorities received a Form 394 <br /> Application for consent to change of control of the franchises currently controlled by <br /> Meredith/New Heritage Partnership from Meredith/New Heritage Partnership to <br /> IIIContinental Cablevision and a Form 394 Application for consent to change of control <br /> EXHIBIT <br /> w <br /> 0 <br />
