• <br /> Resolution No. 5002 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> County of Ramsey <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> Resolution authorizing officials to execute various financial documents for and on <br /> behalf of the City of Mounds View. <br /> WHEREAS, the City has various financial accounts, instruments and arrangements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City uses various methods to pay vendors and to transfer funds between <br /> accounts including but not limited to checks with actual signatures and/or facsimile signatures, <br /> wire transfers, telephone transfers, and automatic clearing house transaction; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City may periodically maintain a safety deposit box or other safekeeping <br /> arrangements with financial institutions; and <br /> WHEREAS, in the past, individuals were specifically approved by Resolution to perform such <br /> functions and there are periodically personnel changes requiring revisions to such resolutions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that the City's Mayor, City Administrator, and <br /> Finance Director(or interim City Administrator or interim Finance Director in the case of a <br /> vacancy in the associated position) are hereby authorized to sign financial instruments or use <br /> facsimile signatures for and on behalf of the City. 1111/ <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City's Finance Director(or interim Finance Director <br /> in the case of a vacancy) or their designee, are hereby authorized to transfer funds between <br /> accounts of the City, or to initiate other electronic transfers or payments for authorized <br /> transactions. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City's Finance Director(or interim Finance Director <br /> in the case of a vacancy) or their designee, are hereby authorized to execute safekeeping <br /> arrangements, including but not limited to safety deposit boxes, for and on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of September, 1996. <br /> Mayor <br /> City Administrator <br />
