If either keys or clean-up deposit is forfeited, so is the opportunity <br /> for that same community group to use the Bel Rae Building in the future . <br /> 4 . Keys must be returned to the Parks and Recreation Department the next <br /> working day. <br /> 5 . Alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the Bel Rae Building. <br /> 6 . When leaving the premises, the following must be completed: • <br /> A. Sweep floors <br /> B. Pick up trash and litter, place in trach receptacles . <br /> C. Wipe off tables, chairs, counters, sinks and other facilities that <br /> were used by your group. <br />
