If the proposed use differs from these slum t ions, the <br /> hydrologic model for the watershed will need to be revised, p <br /> The area available for development may be more or less then 15.5 acres since the e <br /> wetlands was based on NWI maps and not a site delineation. xtent of the <br /> the amount of wetland ��OIl- �most cases,the delineations increase <br /> area of a site when compared to that on the NWI maps. If this is the case on <br /> this site, the area available will be reduced from the 15.5 acres calculated in the LWMP. <br /> Since area requested by the developer.is 14 acres and is near the amount of available land,a wetland <br /> delineation should be done for the site at this time. If SEH is hired to complete the delineation, <br /> cost would be about $1500. The survey would be done byour wetland expert the <br /> Position Station (GPS). This reduces the cost byeliminating using a Global <br /> the delineator and complete the wetland survey of the site. GPS�,ey survey provides crew t i y with <br /> sub-meter accuracy. After the survey is complete, a map is generated which can be overlaid with <br /> existing city topography maps. on the <br /> If the development proceeds,the developer can tie into their site surve <br /> boundary <br /> • and borings done as part of the city project.
