Tree debris should <br /> be placed or pushed on the adjacent easement. <br /> 2) "Potentially Hazardous" Trees . • <br /> These trees shall be identified and removed as soon as possible <br /> per existing ordinance. • <br /> 3) Authorization of Curbside Clean-Up <br /> The City Manager, in conjunction with the mayor, shall make .the <br /> decision to initiate city-contracted, storm-damaged tree debris <br /> removal from curbside within 24 hours of the storm' s end. This <br /> decision would be made only after storms of a large scale with <br /> high and damaging winds. <br /> 411/Non-Storm Tree Debris <br /> Property owners placing non-storm related tree debris at curbside <br /> ,for city pick-up can be charged the standard hauling fee for that <br /> amount. <br /> 5) No Dump or Drop Site <br /> No temporary dump or drop site will be established for public use. <br /> This will eliminate the double-handling of that wood and brush. <br /> 6) Contracted Removal <br /> The City Forester, after assessment of current removal costs and <br /> and methods,. shall enter into an agreement with qualified <br /> . contractors for prompt removal of storm debris. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 1110 <br />
