RESOLUTION NO.4979 • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST OF CHURCH UPON THE ROCK,7901 <br /> RED OAK DRIVE,PLANNING CASE NO.451-96 <br /> WHEREAS, Church Upon the Rock,has requested City approval to construct a 1,248 square foot(24'x <br /> 54')oversized garage;and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requires that a development review be <br /> conducted for this and similar proposals;and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents regarding this <br /> development proposal: <br /> 1. Planning Application dated June 11, 1996 <br /> 2. Site Plan dated June 09, 1996 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the proposal is in conformance with all <br /> applicable requirements of Title 1100. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council recommends approval of <br /> the development review request, contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days of <br /> City Council approval and proof of such recording be presented to the City of <br /> Mounds View. <br /> 2. The building be designed and maintained to provide a uniform appearance with the <br /> dwelling unit. <br /> 3. The existing accessory structures on the property be removed prior to <br /> construction. <br /> 4. Should the use change for what the permit was granted for,the permit shall <br /> become null and void. <br /> 5. Whenever,within one year after granting this conditional use permit,the work <br /> permitted by this permit shall not have been completed,then such permit shall <br /> become null and void unless a petition for extension of time in which to complete <br /> the work has been granted by the City Council. <br /> 6.
