MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO.464-96 • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW <br /> AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR CHURCH UPON THE ROCK,7901 RED OAK DRIVE, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO.451-96 <br /> WHEREAS,the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the request of Church Upon the <br /> Rock for additional accessory square footage;and <br /> WHEREAS,the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by conditional use permit up to 1,264 square <br /> feet of accessory building square footage on one lot;and <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed total accessory building square footage on the lot is 24'x 54'( 1,248 square <br /> feet),which is below the maximum allowed;and <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed building meets all applicable setback requirements. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission recommends <br /> to the City Council approval of the requested conditional use permit for additional accessory building square <br /> footage by Church Upon the Rock,7901 Red Oak Drive,contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days of City Council <br /> approval and proof of such recording be presented to the City of Mounds View. <br /> 2. The building be designed and maintained to provide a uniform appearance with the <br /> dwelling unit. <br /> 3. The existing accessory structures on the property be removed prior to construction. • <br /> 4. Should the use change for what the permit was granted for,the permit shall become null and <br /> void. <br /> 5. Whenever,within one year after granting this conditional use permit,the work permitted by <br /> this permit shall not have been completed,then such permit shall become null and void unless a <br /> petition for extension of,time in which to complete the work has been granted by the City <br /> Council. <br /> 6.
