RESOLUTION NO. 4973 <br /> • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br /> S.A.P. 146-243-01 from Edgewood Drive to Quincy Street in the City of Mounds View, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 15th day of July, 1996, by the City of Mounds View in <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City", <br /> WITNES SETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the "City"has planned the improvement of MSAS 243 (Bronson Drive) <br /> from Edgewood Drive to Quincy Street. <br /> WHEREAS, the "City", will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the <br /> improvement of this Street, and <br /> WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides <br /> of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid street project • <br /> must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT BE THEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> That the "City", shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the North side of MSAS 243 <br /> (Bronson Drive) at all times. <br /> Adopted this 15th day of July, 1996 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> • <br />
