MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 465-96ID <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 1008.11, ENTITLED "VARIANCES," <br /> RELATING TO SIGN VARIANCES <br /> WHEREAS, Title 1008, entitled"Signs and Billboards," currently does not provide a <br /> maximum signage allowance for"R-5 Mobile Home Park"Districts; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 585 provides for a variance provision to Title 1008; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends modification to Title 1008, to provide <br /> a maximum signage allowance of up to two square feet; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Mounds View recommends approval of Ordinance No. 585, an ordinance by adding a new section <br /> 1008.11, entitled "Variances," and a new section 1008.08, Subd. 21, entitled "R-5 Mobile Home <br /> Districts." <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission directs Staff <br /> IP <br /> to forward this Resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of July, 1996 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairperson Peterson <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Acting CommunityDevelopment Director <br /> Joyce Pruitt <br /> S <br />
