r ' <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 459-96 • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNES IA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST OF <br /> HERBST AND SONS CONSTRUCTION CO.INC.,2299 COUNTY ROAD H, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO.445-96 <br /> WHEREAS,Herbst and Sons Construction Company,Inc.,has requested City approval to construct <br /> an 80'x 80'(6,400)square foot addition to the north of the existing facility at 2299 County Road H; and <br /> WHEREAS,Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requires that a development review <br /> be conducted for this and similar proposals; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding this <br /> development proposal: <br /> 1. Planning Application dated June 06, 1996 <br /> 2. Site Plan dated June 19, 1996 <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has determined that the proposal is in conformance with all <br /> applicable requirements of Chapters 1100 and 1120. <br /> • <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br /> recommends approval of the development review request,contingent upon the following: <br /> 1.
