MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 455-96 • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST OF RYAN <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF MINNESOTA ON BEHALF OF SYSCO,2400 COUNTY ROAD J, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO.447-96 <br /> WHEREAS,Ryan Construction Company of MN,on behalf of Sysco,has requested City approval <br /> to construct a 5,440 square foot addition to the existing facility at 2400 County Road J; and <br /> WHEREAS,Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requires that a development review <br /> be conducted for this and similar proposals; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding this <br /> development proposal: <br /> 1. Planning Application dated June 10, 1996 <br /> 2. Site Plan dated April 29, 1996 <br /> 3. A Letter of Request dated June 07, 1996; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has determined that the proposal is in conformance with all <br /> applicable requirements of Chapter 1100 and 1120. • <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br /> recommends approval of the development review request,contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. The applicant receives all necessary permits from Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District. <br /> 2.
