• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4968 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING THE WAGE RATE FOR <br /> ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE STATE PRIMARY <br /> AND GENERAL ELECTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Mounds View is required by State Law to hold a State <br /> Primary and General Election; and <br /> WHEREAS, election laws require the appointment of judges for conducting the election <br /> at the precinct level; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View will soon be appointing <br /> Election Judges for the State Primary and General Elections and wishes to set the wage rate for • <br /> the Chair and Co-Chairperson for each precinct at $7.00 per hour and the wage rate for the <br /> Election Judges at $6.50 per hour. <br /> NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED that the wage rates for Election Judges during <br /> the September, 1996 State Primary and the November, 1996 General Election shall be $6.50 per <br /> hour for the precinct judges and $7.00 per hour for precinct chairpersons. <br /> Adopted this 24 day of June, 1996 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor Linke <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Chuck Whiting, Clerk-Administrator <br /> • <br />
