Explanation/Summary (attach supplement sheets as necessary.) 4ILMMARY; With Michele Chambers leaving, I have worked with Dawn and Lynette to divide many of the duties Michele had. While most of this is simply assignment related, I have given the task of preparing for elections to Dawn. Because in some situations with elections, either the Clerk or Deputy Clerk must be on hand to train, sign or represent the City in official clerk capacity. Because of this, I request the Council approve designating Dawn Postudensek as Interim Deputy Clerk until December 1, 1996. Related to this request, and why the request is for an interim rather than permanent, is that with the new Director of Finance coming on board with clerking background, I would like to evaluate his skills with 0Dawn's before assigning the full responsibility.
