She noted <br /> that the applicant has made an agreement with <br /> the legal owner, Mrs. Carlson, to purchase the <br /> property which is zoned R-1, Single Family 7. Consideration of <br /> Residential, and that the proposed lots each Resolution No. <br /> meet the minimum lot area and width 450-96 Regarding <br /> requirements. Mr. Beach's land surveyor Minor Subdivision <br /> submitted a signed Certificate of survey as Request of Larry <br /> requested by the Planning Commission but Beach, 7775 Spring <br /> Staff has requested that a larger Certificate be Lake Road, Planning <br /> submitted.
