Mounds View Planning Commission June 5, 1996 <br /> 11111 Regular Meeting Page 6 <br /> It was noted that this request is similar to the Center, Planning <br /> request recently approved for Linder's Case No. 439-96 <br /> Greenhouses already in progress. <br /> The hours of operation were discussed and the <br /> Planning Commission requested that the <br /> resolution contain the wording, " shall not <br /> exceed the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m." <br /> 6 ayes 0 nays <br /> Acting Director Pruitt informed the applicant <br /> that the public hearing for this item will be held <br /> on June 24, 1996. <br /> The applicant, Larry Beach, informed the <br /> Recording Secretary Benesch at 7:55 p.m. that <br /> • he had to leave the meeting so he was not <br /> present at the time his item was discussed. <br /> Acting Director Pruitt reminded the Commission Motion Carried <br /> that this item was discussed at their May 15th <br /> agenda meeting. The applicant is requesting a <br /> minor subdivision to split one parcel into two <br /> parcels at 7555 Spring Lake Road. She noted <br /> that the applicant has made an agreement with <br /> the legal owner, Mrs. Carlson, to purchase the <br /> property which is zoned R-1, Single Family 7. Consideration of <br /> Residential, and that the proposed lots each Resolution No. <br /> meet the minimum lot area and width 450-96 Regarding <br /> requirements. Mr. Beach's land surveyor Minor Subdivision <br /> submitted a signed Certificate of survey as Request of Larry <br /> requested by the Planning Commission but Beach, 7775 Spring <br /> Staff has requested that a larger Certificate be Lake Road, Planning <br /> submitted. Case No. 440-96 <br /> In reviewing the request, Acting Director Pruitt <br /> noted that a 5' easement is shown on the <br /> survey from the side lot lines and a 10' <br /> • easement from the front and rear property lines <br /> for both parcels.
