CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br /> BY KIRK OLSON,REPRESENTATIVE OF MERRYVILLE FARM MARKET, <br /> MOUNDSVIEW SQUARE,PLANNING CASE NO.439-96 <br /> WHEREAS,Kirk Olson, representing Merryville Farm Market,has requested City approval to <br /> conduct open and outdoor sales at MoundsView Square Shopping Center; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Mounds View Municipal Code allows open and outdoor sales in a B-4, <br /> Regional Business Zoning District with the issuance of a conditional use permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following documents regarding this proposal: <br /> a) Site Plan dated April 23, 1996 <br /> b) Letter of request dated April 23, 1996 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has determined that the proposal is in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the Municipal Code, specifically Title 1100. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the Mounds View City Council recommends <br /> • approval of the conditional use permit with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The facility shall be allowed to operate from July 15, 1996 to September <br /> 02, 1996. <br /> 2. This resolution only permits the sale of produce at the site. <br /> 3.
