Merryville Farms is located in <br /> Waverly, MN, which is about 40 miles west of the Twin Cities. We <br /> have been raising produce at our farm for 25 years. Recently, we <br /> have decided to shift much of our marketing efforts into the retail <br /> produce industry. We currently operate about 25 of our farm <br /> markets throughout the state of Minnesota in July until Labor Day. <br /> We also operate 3 "pumpkinlands from late September until <br /> Halloween throughout the metro area. Both of our businesses are <br /> completely self-contained and no utilities are <br /> r <br /> operations. We are open for business every day from or10 ua.m. to 6 <br /> p.m. We have received permission from the owners of Mounds View <br /> Square to operate a farm market and a pumpkinland in 1996 on <br /> their property and are interested in obtaining a Conditional Use <br /> Permit from the City of Mounds View.
