The <br /> program strives to provide the community with a variety of park facilities, healthy trees, aesthetic open <br /> spaces, greenspaces and multi-use trails. <br /> PROGRAM OBJECTIVES <br /> Recreation Administration: Includes administrative activities, coordination, grant preparation, <br /> budgeting, community group interaction, City Council communication and reporting. <br /> • Park Improvements: Entails the replacement of old or damaged equipment, installation of new <br /> facilities, and acquisition and development or preservation of parklands, trails and open spaces. <br />
