Services will be provided in accordance <br /> with our Agreement for Professional Engineering Services dated November 17, 1993, herein called the <br /> Agreement. <br /> Major construction elements of the proposed project will include filling of the pond and associated storm sewer <br /> revisions. Our services will consist of the following work: <br /> • Perform a field survey to determine the specific drainage area contributing to the pond. <br /> • Develop a computer model which simulates the drainage patterns and characteristics of the affected <br /> drainage area. <br /> • Develop general recommendations for the proposed construction. <br /> • Determine the impact of the proposed construction on existing downstream facilities. <br /> • _ Prepare a brief bound report with text and exhibits which conveys our findings and <br /> recommendations. <br /> • Prepare information and permit applications for submittal to the appropriate regulatory agencies <br /> including: Rice Creek Watershed District: Minnesota Department of Transportation: and the U.S. <br /> Army Corps of Engineers. <br /> We acknowledge that this work is being performed in conjunction with the proposed construction of a pedestrian <br /> bridge over STH 10 and we will coordinate with other agents of the City as requested. <br /> Compensation for our services will be a fee based on hourly rates as described in the Agreement for services <br /> rendered by our personnel engaged directly on the project. plus reimbursable expenses including mileage and <br /> equipment rental. We estimate this fee to be $6.900. We will bill you monthly for our services.
