The city has the first option to purchase the properties before <br /> they go to public auction. The price for each property is$1,500. The total purchase price for the three <br /> properties, including necessary fees and taxes would be$4,798.35. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to recommend to the EDA the purchase of three tax forfeited' <br /> properties. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> H. Oak Grove Land Fill Reimbursement <br /> Mr.Whiting stated that the city could be reimbursed for the expenses it has incurred at the Oak Grove <br /> Land Fill under the Land Fill Clean Up Program. He forwarded the information to the City Attorney for <br /> his review and comments and asked him to make a recommendation to the Council. <br /> Mr.Long stated it would be his recommendation that the City go ahead and approve the reimbursement <br /> and authorize the City Administrator to execute the agreement. The city will be reimbursed for the <br /> 0 amount that they paid out on the Consent Decree. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to approve Resolution No.4941. <br /> VOTE: ' 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> I. Consideration of a Mounds View Credit Card. <br /> Mayor Linke stated he discussed this issue with Mr.Whiting who recommended that a Credit Card be <br /> issued under his name,with the bills coming directly to the City for payment. All receipts would need to <br /> be presented to the Finance Department. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Hankner/Quick to authorize Mr. Whiting to obtain a Business Credit Card with a <br /> credit limit of$1,500.00. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> REPORTS: <br /> Report of Council members: <br /> Quick: No report. <br /> Blanchard: No report. <br /> 11111 Hankner-No report. <br />
