RESOLUTION NO. 4947 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR <br /> PUBLIC WORKS FOREMAN,TIM PITTMAN <br /> WHEREAS,Tim Pittman has been working with the City of Mounds View since January of 1983; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,Mr. Pittman's position was reclassified to leadman in April of 1994 and reclassified <br /> January 1, 1996 to Public Works Foreman; and <br /> WHEREAS,Mr. Pittman's work performance has met the responsibilities of the Public Works <br /> Foreman as outlined in the job description; and <br /> WHEREAS, a wage adjustment to Step 3,which is consistent with the City's compensation policy <br /> of this position is recommended. • <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby approve <br /> a step adjustment for Tim Pittman Step 2 $3,017.50/month to Step 3, $3,195.00/month effective <br /> 6/1/96. <br /> Presented this 28th day of May, 1996 <br /> (A 1"11ST) . <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Chuck Whiting, City Administrator <br /> S <br />
