F. 2102), will <br /> allow cities to require property taxes to be current to process any land use application. This law will allow <br /> cities to require all taxes, special assessments, etc. to be current for processing any land use application (ie. <br /> rezoning, conditional use permitsvariances, subdivisions, etc.) for a property. <br /> Staff will be attending a Public Law Update by Kennedy& Graven Friday, May 3, 1996 to learn more about <br /> his piece of legislation.
