MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION410 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 443-96 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FOR <br /> AN ACCESSORY BUILDING, 2661 COUNTY ROAD I, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 437-96 <br /> WHEREAS, Richard Wolens has requested City approval to construct an <br /> accessory structure at 2661 County Road I in the City of Mounds View; and <br /> WHEREAS, the development, as proposed, requires development approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents <br /> regarding this proposal: <br /> 1) Site Plan Dated February 14, 1996, and received April 02, 1996, <br /> Henceforth Known as Exhibit 1; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the development • <br /> proposal is in conformance with the requirements of Chapters 1006 and 1100 for <br /> development review. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br /> Commission recommends approval of the development review proposal, contingent upon <br /> the following: <br /> 1) Upon completion of the possible curb cut off of Mounds View Drive, <br /> landscaping along Mounds View Drive will be upgraded based on the <br /> City Forester's recommendation. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission directs <br /> staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 3rd day of April, 1996. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairperson <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Planning Associate <br /> • <br /> • <br />
